REACH Interface Author™ provides two methods for translating from one language to another. One method involves "Interpreter Keyboards™". With Interpreter Keyboards™, text that appears in one language when a key is in the Normal or Pointed At key state, is then typed or spoken in another language when the key is pressed. As with all word keys, the text output can be typed, spoken, or both typed and spoken. For a limited demonstration of an Interpreter Keyboard™, load the English/Spanish keyboard (spanish.kbd).
